Our breakfasts are truly a fine dining experience. We make everything from “scratch”, using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. Whether it is berries in season or rainbow trout, apples or smoked pork chops, we are always looking to add to our menu the freshest foods that the area has to offer. We also strive to use as many organic food items as possible. We believe that fresh, organic foods have superior flavor and definite health benefits.
